Let your visitors submit events via the website
There are plenty of people and organisations organising events and activities. Website editors are not always aware of these. With the event notification form, they can notify the website editors of an activity. In an accessible way, this allows the UITagenda to be enriched with fun, relevant and local activities.
With the "event registration form", you offer visitors to the visitor website (or local entrepreneurs) the opportunity to register an event themselves. The event will be posted directly in plaece.base. The website editors can then approve the event for placement in the UITagenda.
You can do this using the event registration form:
- Easily submit events
- Registered events are placed directly in plaece.base (not published)
- Editors can customise, approve and publish the event
- Editor receives contact details from submitter
- Link event directly to category/organisation
- Editors receive a notification via the base notification module
- Form works in combination with the Import API (mandatory)
New in the application form
Configuration of required fields
It is now possible to specify which fields are mandatory for each client.
Copy of registration form sent to the sender
If a visitor completes the registration form, you, as the administrator, can set it up so that this person automatically receives an email confirming their registration.
Email notification to administrator
In addition to a notification via the base notification module, you can now also set it up so that you (as the administrator) receive an email immediately when a form is submitted.
Setting up email texts
As an administrator, you can now decide for yourself what text will appear in the email notification. Here, you can (for example) provide more information about the next steps following the submission.
The new application form is now available for implementation on the website.
