Notes in plaece.base

How nice it would be if you could leave notes on an item in the plaece.base. We will update your plaece.base in a few days to make this possible.

You can (as administrator) leave a note per location, event, route or package. These notes are visible to all managers. Entrepreneurs (read: users) who log in to plaece.base will not see these notes. They cannot leave notes either.

The notes are only viewable in plaece.base. This information will not be available in the API.

You can use notes for this

  • Leave comments for your co-managers (for example: photos were requested on 15 December)
  • Place a reminder for yourself, what you changed last time
  • Centralise agreements and communication with entrepreneurs at item level
