Plaece.creator July 2024
July's version will be numbered V2.73. This is important to know, because then you can always check what the latest version number of your own website is. That way, you know what improvements will be available to you when your own website is updated.
For Plaece.creator, you’ll see improvements as soon as an update has been implemented on your website. It may therefore be the case that you only see the improvements in Plaece.creator at a later stage. Would you like the improvements to be available at a time of your choosing? If so, please contact support@insiders.nl.
You can purchase new features as add-ons for your website. Adding features almost always requires an update, unless your website is already fully up to date.
What has been improved?
- Version number in CMS
From this version of Plaece.Creator onwards, you can also see for yourself which version you have. You’ll find the version number in the footer of the CMS.
- Google review link
In Plaece.Base, you can add review links to locations and activities. This can be a link to reviews on the Booking.com, TripAdvisor, Zoover or Hoteliers websites. On the details page for this location or activity on your website, you’ll automatically see a block displaying the review link and the corresponding logo. As soon as you enter a link to a Google review in Base, you’ll also automatically see the Google logo.
Take a look at the example of a TripAdvisor review on the VisitBrabant website.
- More options for iFrames
We’re receiving an increasing number of requests to integrate iFrames into the website. We now have a page part available that makes it easier for us to load a specific iFrame for you. Ask about the possibilities of this new feature.

Expansion of related offering
Offering related offers can entice your visitor to enrich or prolong their visit. You already have many possibilities to offer related offers, but we have added some new ones:
- IF you are viewing a detail page that is linked in Base to a specific tag or marker, THEN we can also display other items with the same tag or marker
Example: Use this option for editorial tips or campaigns
- IF you view a detail page that has a specific attribute linked to it in Base, THEN we can also display other items that have the same attribute linked to them
Example: Use this option for routes through the same type of landscape, or accommodation in the same location.
Soon, VisitBrabant will have the scoop on this new feature, showing routes within the same theme as related offers.
