A list-based blog reads best when every place, route or deal looks just as well-presented as it does on its own page.
Using the Base Item Picker page part, you can select a single location, activity, route or offer from plaece.base and embed it as a compact map within your text. The name, image and brief description are automatically included, along with a link to the full page.
If you make a change in plaece.base, the map updates automatically. No manual searching, and no risk of an outdated item in an older blog post. What’s more, every time the content is used, a link is created to the details page for that location, route or offer. The more often a page is linked to in this way from other content, the easier it is for search engines to find and rank that page.
Visitors can save the item directly as a favourite, so that it appears straight away in their own list. If you use multiple Item Pickers on a page, the Base Content Map page part will also automatically place them on a map.
This allows you to create content in no time at all that is always accurate, provides visitors with guidance and strengthens your website.
